Role

Spatial Layout and Exhibition Design

In a context of cultural efervescence and international reach, Madrid has become a leading dynamic capital in Europe. Coinciding with ARCO and Madrid Design Festival, FORMA serves as a key platform and an indispensable venue for professionals seeking to project their work on an international scale.
FORMA is the leading international fair in Spain dedicated to collectible design. It serves as a meeting point for galleries, studios, publishers, and designers featuring unique or limited-edition pieces. Driven by an open and experimental spirit, its spatial design mirrors this philosophy through an equally fluid and flexible organization.
For its inaugural edition, our goal was to build a distinct visual language, moving away from the traditional white-booth model to explore a new form of spatial distribution in direct dialogue with Matadero’s architecture. We opted for an economic and precise use of resources, working in harmony with the rhythm of the columns and the warm palette of the brickwork. The stands are defined at floor level through a simple and decisive use of color planes, complemented by modular, scenographic-style furniture.

"In this inaugural edition, we present 50 national and international exhibition projects, spanning nearly 1,200 square meters of floor space. Over 190 designers are participating, showcasing unique pieces and limited editions."
