SUPERBLUE MIAMI
Superblue is a new art company developed by Pace Gallery, one of the three biggest contemporary art galleries in the world. Superblue represents artists whose ideas are best expressed through large scale experiential installations. Superblue offers a new support model by connecting these artists to large audiences, generating revenue via ticket sales.
In 2021 Superblue opened its first space in Miami, in a refurbished warehouse in the neighbourhood of Allapattah. Our role was to define the overall spatial strategy and visitor flow, defining areas dedicated to reception, exhibition, retail, events and back of house. We worked closely with curatorial, operations and artist teams to conceptualize the inagural exhibition, and to create a flexible space for future exhibitions.
